Online reservation request

 

To create an online reservation request for charter tickets, you need to click "Book" button in front of the chosen offer and enter the passenger data (first/last name as in your national foreign passport, passport data), and your contact information - phone number and e-mail.

Please provide correct and up-to-date information, as email and sms are the main means of communication with you.
Please note that email is unique and cannot be modified. If you provided the wrong email, we will not be able to fix it. In this case, you need to re-create the reservation using the correct e-mail.

 
Make sure your passport is valid at the time of your trip, as there are different passport restrictions for different countries.


Once you've finished filling out the application or gone through the manual registration process on the website, you'll get a separate email with login details for your personal account. This will include a link to activate your account and a temporary password if you registered during the application process.

If this is your first time logging into your personal account, you will need to activate your account using the activation link provided in the email sent after you created your application, in the payment instructions email, or in the site registration email.


Please check your email for the status updates of your reservation.


Through the personal account you will be able to change your password, add or change your passenger data, track the status and current information about your reservation and make a payment.

Once your application has been processed by the manager, you will be given access to the payment.
An email with payment instructions will be sent to you additionally.
Please note that billing invoices are not sent after the application has been created on email. The invoice is only available for downloading in your personal account.
 

Charter tickets are on free sale and are not subject to advance booking.
 Ticket will be booked only after a full or partial payment. After confirmation tickets are non-refundable and can not be changed.
