Privacy agreement
Privacy Policy:
- The administrator of the Clients' personal data is Goodtrip sp. z o. o. with a registered office in Warsaw (00-238), on the street Dluga 29, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court of the Metropolitan City of Warsaw in Warsaw under the number KRS: 0001003027, NIP: 5252931887, REGON: 523702770, authorized capital PLN 90,000.00 paid in full, being a payer of goods and services tax, further called Agent or Goodtrip.
- Clients' personal data are processed by the Agent in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (Legislative Journal of the EU L.2016.119.1 of May 4, 2016).
- The basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the Clients and the legal permission to process the data necessary for the implementation and settlement of the services provided to the Clients by the Agent. Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or for taking measures at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract.
- The provision of any personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the proper execution of the Agreement by the Agent.
- The Agent processes the Clients' personal data, which was included in the Agreement and which is necessary for its implementation. The agent processes the following personal data:
- last and first name of the Client,
- sex,
- Clients' certificate or passport number and series,
- Clients' date of birth,
- Clients' phone number,
- Clients' e-mail address,
- address of residence,
- mailing address. - The data provided by the Clients is collected and used for the performance of Contracts, accounting purposes, as well as for other actions related to the performance of the Contract, in particular, booking air tickets and additional airline services, travel medical insurance and accommodation. The Agent may process the data for other secondary purposes, such as archiving data, audits or investigations, implementation of business control mechanisms, management, other statistical research, business, economic or legal advice provided to the Agent.
- The Client's data may be provided to subjects authorized to receive them in accordance with current legislation, on the basis of an order (subcontractors, subjects participating in the implementation of the Agreement), including competent judicial authorities, as well as the Agent's counterparties, who take participation in the performance of the Agreement, in particular to entities - carriers, as well as those that provide hotel services, border guards, airport service. The Agent concludes relevant contracts with entities involved in the implementation of the Contract, which are aimed at ensuring the protection of personal data being processed. In connection with the execution of the Agreement, data may be transferred to third countries, including those outside the EU and the EEA, subject to the requirements of the relevant provisions of the law, based on the relevant agreement.
- The Client's data are stored in a special security zone and only authorized persons associated with the execution of the Agreement have access to them and are required to keep the received personal data and information confidential.
- The client has the right to check his personal data, has the opportunity to correct incorrect information and delete this data upon request, if its preservation is not necessary in connection with the requirements of the law. The Client also has the right to receive a copy of his personal data processed by the Agent, to transfer the data, the right to delete the data and to limit the data. The rights described above are exercised by the Client by submitting a corresponding request to the Agent.
- If the Client considers such a solution insufficient, he can make a corresponding written request to the Agent. The client has the right to object to the processing of personal data by the Agent.
- The Agent processes the Clients' personal data within two years from the end of the event that is the subject of the concluded Agreement, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law. In case of filing a complaint or initiation of administrative or judicial proceedings, personal data will be processed by the Agent within 3 years from the date of final termination of such proceedings.
- The supervisory body in the field of personal data in Poland is the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection. The client has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority in case of detection of violations in data processing.
